We are happy with the tub chair we ordered and the service staff & delivery driver (Dean I think) were all very pleasant & helpful.

This company has to given the best customer service I have ever received.

Examples.

I ordered online and received a telephone call in under 10 mins advising that my item was out of stock, I received a full refund within 24 hrs.

I reordered a different Item that arrived with manufacturing faults, this was replaced within 48 hrs.

This company answers the phone promptly and responds to an email within 1hr.

I cannot find any fault with this company.

Very easy to navigate site. Free delivery too!

Good service as other companies charge £80 for delivery and could not deliver for over 3 months where as sofa company is free delivery and can delivery between 5 and 10 days which is why I chose them plus the previous reviews were good.

Arrived quickly and in good order. Comfortable and stylish. We are very pleased with the chairs.

Unfortunately I would avoid this company like the plague, as I bought a so called quality leather sofa and after 9 months there was a split on one of the sofas. The previous sofa that I had lasted 10 years without any problems…Even when I got replacement, 6 months later again a split on the sofa. Although I got 60 percent of the money back which is is why I’ve at least given a rating of 2 stars, this doesn’t compensate for the stress time and effort. I would’ve rather had the quality sofa as advertised. Thank heavens I paid for an extended warranty!

Delivery was to a second floor flat which the deliverymen weren't too pleased with( I had mentioned this when ordering) but they did a sterling job on a very hot day!
Sofa is amazing would definitely but from the Sofa Company again.
